LuCretia Brown Bryant, 47, a native of Mobile and resident of Grove Hill, answered the Master’s call Monday Dec. 11, 2017 at Grove Hill Memorial Hospital.

She was born Feb. 2, 1970 in Mobile. She was a member of the Shaw High School Class of 1969. She was employed as a manager of McDonald’s in Thomasville.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Gary Bryant Sr.; her children, Shakela and Khadijoh Brown and Gavin and Raven Bryant; mother and stepfather, Louis Ida Brown Marks and Levi Marks; her father, Thuroman Holmes Jr.; brothers Michael and Adrian Holmes; sister, Whitney Marks; stepbrother, Quincy Richard; stepchildren, Gary Jr., Jamaal, LaKedria, Jaquissa, Demarkus, Tykeria and Joshua; two grandsons and six step-grandchildren; with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, all of the McDonald’s family and her many, many friends.

A homegoing service was conducted Saturday, Dec. 16, at Jackson High School auditorium with Rev. Henry Frowner as the officiating minister. Interment followed in the St. Matthews No. 1 Cemetery in Manila.
